Please contact us 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes or cancelations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full price of the appointment.

Payment in full is due at time of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
INSURANCE
We are an in-network provider with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Workers Comp/ No-fault and Empire Plan/NYSHIP. Coverage can vary widely from policy to policy and deductibles often need to be met before insurance will initiate payments for your treatments.
To verify coverage, email a picture of the front and back of your insurance card and send it to info@soleilacupuncture.com
Please include the patient’s name, date of birth & address.
If the patient is not the primary subscriber, please also include the primary subscriber’s name and date of birth.
We will happily check your acupuncture benefits and get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
